• The introduction period (which must be at least 20 seconds) is the time you require between pressing 'Start' and the table begining.
• You will be given countdown warnings at 15, 10 and 5 seconds before a breath hold.
•
Table A calculates a series of 8 breath holds of equal length with a progressivley shorter rest period in between each.
• The rest period entered must be at least 7 times greater that the figure by which it is reduced by (to enable 7 decreasing length rest periods).
